合肥美桥汽车传动及底盘系统有限公司是由安徽江淮汽车集团有限公司合肥车桥有限责任公司与美国车桥制造国际控股公司共同出资成立的一家中外合资公司，是以生产前后桥、轿车悬架为主的汽车零部件专业制造厂家。

Hefei AAM Automotive Driveline& Chassis System Co., ltd is a JV company established between HAAC and AAM, and it specializes in manufacturing front axle, rear axle and passenger car suspension systems.

公司总部处于包河区江淮重工业园内，主要生产商用车车桥。现有装配、机加、冲焊等三大分厂，占地面积10.8万平米，员工1069人，拥有冲压、焊接、机加工、总装、涂装、检测等工艺齐全的36条柔性化专业生产线，现已具备年产30万台商用车桥的装配能力，正在进行40万台商用车桥、齿轮项目规划建设工作。

The headquarter including the assembling plant,, machining plant and stamping& welding plant locates in Jiang Huai heavy industrial park and manufactures axles for commercial vehicles. The company covers an area of 108,000 square meters and has 1069 associates and there are 36 flexible production lines including stamping, welding, machining, painting, etc. The current production capacity is 300,000  sets axles annually. The company is planning and implementing to have the capacity of making 400,000 commercial vehicle axles and hypoid gear set annually.

公司所属乘用车桥分公司位于合肥市始信路62号，主要生产乘用车车桥及悬架。现有厂区占地11.6万平方米，员工326人，拥有焊接、机加、装配、涂装、检测等17条柔性化生产线，现已具备年产12万台商务车车桥、12万套轿车悬架、2万台SRV分动器和主减速器总成的生产能力。

The passenger vehicle axle branch locates on Shi Xin road and it mainly manufactures passenger car axles and suspension systems. It covers an area of 116,000 square meters and has 326 associates. There are 17 flexible production lines including stamping, welding, machining, painting, etc. The annual production capacity includes 120,000 units of van vehicle axles,120,000 units of passenger car suspensions and 20,000 units of SRV PTU&IRDA assemblies.

多年来，通过引进消化国外先进技术，开发形成了11吨级以下全系列商用车桥、乘用车悬架系统、分动器、减速器等8大系列200余种产品，广泛适用于1-6吨载货车和4-10米中高档客车、客车底盘和乘用车。公司注重研发能力建设，整合国际资源，立足自身，将逐步建成国内一流的车桥研发中心。

Over the past years, the company has possessed the capability to make all series of commercial vehicle axles, passenger car suspensions, PTU and IRDA assemblies for the vehicles below 11 tons by introducing the advanced technology domestically and internationally, including 8 series and 200 types of products. They are extensively used in trucks(1-6tons),buses(4-10 meters) ,bus chassis and passenger cars. The company has placed strong effort on the construction of R&D capability development. Based on the company striving by itself and integrating with the international resources, the company will gradually establish the leading R&D center in China.
