A protection plate in cast iron with replaceable bearings completes the equipment. A side opening to visually check the wear condition of the protection plate is also included.

The capacity of jaw crusher has an influence on the capacity of secondary crusher; If the capacity can achieve the standard, the reason maybe only one, that is, do as the regulations; while if the jaw crusher can't success, the reasons are varieties. First of all, we should clearly indicate the factors of jaw crusher's capacity: the feeding size of material, the discharge size, the material of rock and the feeding speed.
For a hard rock mine application below 600 tonnes/hour, select a jaw as the primary crusher. Over 1,000 tph, select a cone crusher. Between these capacities, you have a choice. If jaw crusher for limestone, may 1000tph or more is available. Jaw crusher for river stone is serious wear.
