Chassis: SHACMAN Delong the original mixer chassis, F3000 flat head driver cab, with Weichai 300horsepower LNG natural gas engine, Shaanxi gearbox 9 reverse，850mm double layer wide straight girder frame(8+7mm thickness)+(7.6ton MAN technical front axle + disc brake device)+16 ton MAN casting bridge+12.00R20 radial tyre. And a 350L LNG gas cylinder (should add a gas cylinder33,000RMB/units)
b. Special section devices and parameters:
hydraulic system： reducer, hydraulic pump and engine are adopted Italian original-imported PMP master, filter, American standard hydraulic pipe fittings, and Rem Special alloy steel mixing drum blade.
Tank material: high quality manganese steel
Tank thickness: front cone: 6mm; the central column casing 6mm, rear cone 6mm.
Dashed head: 8mm,
Welding way: the blade used gas arc welding; the tanker used automatic submerged arc welding; gas frame used gas arc welding.
Lamination factor: 65% Australian standard.
Mixing speed: 16-18rpm
Mixing speed per hour: 30s/cbm
Max mixing grain diameter: 75mm
2. basic features：
a. big capacity designed mixing , and bigger loading space, avoiding leaking when uphill.
b. the blade manufactured by the specialized high strength abrasion alloy steel-QSTE420TM, the abrasion ability is 2.5 or 3 times of 16Mn, adopting the one-step molded process.
c. the mixing drum used integrated auto welding( to make sure the welding quality); the mixing drum adopting shot blasting, rust prevention, baking vanish, which can long the mixer’s lifetime and the mixing drum used large lather process( to assured the concentricity, let the charging and discharging evenly, that is the surplus ratio is zero).
